Founded in 2023 by Stacy, a breast cancer survivor and self-proclaimed journal addict, Survive & Thrive was born out of her own journey through treatment, motherhood, and the messy, in-between moments of healing. What started as a personal lifeline has grown into a mission to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered no matter what chapter they're in.

Our bestselling Wellness Journals, stationary, and customizable care packages are designed with intention. Whether you're sending love to a friend or treating yourself, every gift is crafted to bring a little more joy to the hard days.

And because giving back is part of who we are we also proudly support The Pink Fund, helping cover basic living expenses for people in active treatment so they can focus on what really matters: healing.
